Imagine yourself strolling through a bustling city on a cool Winter day, there’s an unmistakable aroma wafting through the air…ahhhhh, it’s hot roasted candied nuts. There’s something so unbelievably irresistible about candied nuts, I feel compelled to stop every time I see them! I’m so in love with this savory treat that this Winter I decided to make my own to keep on hand for cravings =) Pecans are my favorite of all the candied nuts, so that’s what I snack on, but today’s recipe can be used for candied almonds and cashews too! This simple candied pecan recipe takes about 5 minutes from start to finish, and only requires ONE ingredient, besides the pecans!
