95% of the time I try to keep my baked goods as healthy and “skinny” as possible, like my Peanut Butter, Banana + Pretzel Cookies and my Skinny Mini Coffee Cake. Then there’s that 5% of the time where I couldn’t care less about being healthy, it’s as if calories don’t exist. I just want to indulge without a care in the World…sometimes this indulge fest lasts a few days, which is always fun but usually leaves me riddled with guilt. I’ve been on an indulge fest for the past two nights, which is when I baked these amazing Cocoa + Peanut Butter Chip Cookies. This delectable cookie is far from skinny or healthy but it will rock your World!
