Anthro-Inspired Jingle Bell Ornaments + a Giveaway!

DIY Christmas ornaments are so much better than store bought.  They’re fun to make AND we get to reminisce each year as we trim our tree!  Decorating the Christmas tree is so much fun when each ornament has it’s own story.  Today’s DIY Jingle Bell Ornaments were inspired by these Pastel Bells from Anthropologie, I loved the idea of creating a fun pair of “jingle bells” for my tree =)

Jingle Bell Ornaments [DIY]

Gather up:

Two clear glass ornaments

Americana 3D gloss enamel paint in True Red & Green

Deco Art Craft Twinkle Writer in Gold

Deco Art Glass Paint Marker in Black

Start by drawing the bell pattern on the bottom of the glass balls using the glass paint marker.  This simple pattern is a circle with four vertical lines extending, then circles on the tops of the lines…

Next, use the Craft Twinkle Writer to draw circles around the top of the bell, then trace around the top of the glass ball with the glitter…

Draw a line around the perimeter of the ornament, just about the bell line, then fill in the open area with the red and green glass paint…
