Skinny Chocolatey Chippers {Recipe}

Hooray, it’s Friday!  I was extra good this week (and I bet you were too 😉 ) so I say we are worthy of a little reward!  Today, I’m sharing an amazingly delicious treat…one that’s so scrumptious you won’t believe it’s SKINNY.  Yes, it’s true.  These Skinny Chocolatey Chipper Cookies are only 45 calories each (for a big cookie!)  These things are so good, they may even trump the Party For One Cookie!  Feel free to indulge in these guiltless, healthy chocolate chip cookies.  You won’t regret it, I promise!

Skinny Chocolatey Chippers {Makes approx. 12 cookies}

1/2 cup flour (I used  Bob’s gluten free)

1/8 tsp salt

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 cup chocolate chips

1 tbsp brown sugar

2 packet Stevia natural sweetener

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp apple sauce

2 tbsp skim milk

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Mix your dry ingredients, then add in wet. Form cookies and bake 6-7 minutes. Take out when still underdone–they’ll continue to cook while cooling.

  1. Hey Jordan. I was just wondering how you got to the measurement of 30 calories per cookie? By my calculations using the ingredients you posted and dividing it by 8, I get 122 calories per cookie with regular flour (and slightly less for the gluten free flour version).

      Thank you for bringing this to my attention! I had the count wrong on the cookies, this recipe makes 12 cookies (not 8) and the calorie count is approx. 45 calories per cookie, woops! I’ve corrrected all of the information in the post-thanks again!

    I followed the recipe and made two batches already but somehow they’re coming out cakey :/ Any ideas why it’s coming out this way?
